Follower acquisition also accelerated significantly, increasing from 30 new followers in May to 189 new followers in August.

At the beginning of the engagement, Trademark Properties had no LinkedIn presence.
By August:

Paid Social Campaign Performance
Paid campaigns consistently delivered efficient results across link clicks, views, and engagement.
Across multiple campaign periods:
- Hundreds of link clicks generated
- Tens of thousands of video views
- Cost-efficient traffic with CPC as low as $0.22
Campaigns performed especially well among 18-34 year-old audiences in the Baltimore and Maryland markets.
This allowed Trademark Properties to reach highly relevant audiences while maintaining strong cost efficiency.
Search Visibility Improvements
SEO performance also showed clear upward momentum.
Between May and August:
Organic Google clicks increased from 210 → 275

Search impressions increased from 3,620 → 4,570

- Several branded and property-related search terms showed strong upward movement
One standout example was the keyword “Trademark Apartments,” which generated 146 clicks in August after producing zero clicks the previous month.
