  • Content you upload or share: logos, brand colors and fonts, photos, testimonials, links to existing content or social profiles, and any files you provide for use on your website
  • Payment information, processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store your full card number

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited
  • Data collected through advertising and analytics tools, including Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, used to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use our site (see Section 4, Cookies & Tracking)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Build, launch, host, and maintain your website
  • Communicate with you about your account, your site, and support requests submitted through our ticket system
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Schedule and manage your kickoff call
  • Measure and improve our advertising and marketing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to deliver the Service:

  • Service providers: our payment processor (Stripe), hosting provider, scheduling tool (Zoom Scheduler), and internal project/CRM management tools (Monday.com), each of which processes information on our behalf
  • Legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GoldBear Media or others
  • Business transfers: if GoldBear Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel, to measure which ads led to a visit or purchase and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.

We retain client information for as long as your Service is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our Service is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
